We went for hibachi last night. It was a fun experience! We enjoyed trying the chefs special which is a great deal (shrimp, steak and chicken). They give you ample fresh fried rice, noodles & veggies too! The meal starts with soup and salad as well! It was a great experience and we will defiantly go back. Everyone was super nice, kept drinks full and were quick with service.

Everything was so yummy. We had the hibachi. It was great. Ate it before we could take picture. They brought us a crab dish on the house. It was very appreciated and delicious. We were an Osaka family for 20 year and sad to see it go. Tons better than Yabi's ... lots of sushi choices. A must try place.

I tried Akira last night, I only did take out, but the Sushi was amazing. I was extremely impressed with the interior of the restaurant, the decor and seating was beautiful. I will definitely be back to dine in. This is one of Sanford's new hidden gems.

Came here during their soft opening. We got seated right away. We ordered sushi rolls, sashimi, some appetizers,noodle soup. Everything was good. Sashimi was great. Customer service was good. The girls here really friendly. Food did take some time to come out but it was delicious. The manager came out and greeted us. He was great. This place is brand new so everything is nice and clean. They got hibachi on 1 side and sushi bar/tables on the other side. The price is definitely a lot of cheaper than other sushi restaurant. Their price for Hibachi is really affordable. I would come back to try other dishes and the Hibachi next time.
